PRE-NATAL VISITS
Are you expecting?
Congratulations! Choosing a pediatrician for your newest arrival is an important decision. We share your joy in this exciting time, and we look forward to the opportunity to partner with you in caring for your child.

Getting To Know Us
We are the longest existing pediatric practice in St. Petersburg, FL. All of our clinicians are board certified pediatricians and Fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics. We believe that your children deserve to receive care from a board certified physician.
Prenatal Visits
We encourage families to visit our practice to learn about our policies and philosophy of our pediatricians to see if we will fit with your particular preferences and needs. We offer a complimentary meeting for parents considering our practice to help you decide if our practice is right for you. These informal meetings are a great way for you to meet one of our pediatricians and obtain information about how our office operates. Our discussions will include information about visits with your new baby in the hospital nursery, routine follow-up visits to the office and our "Well Child Care" schedule. We will review our availability by telephone and after hours, handling of emergencies and management of your child should he or she require care in the hospital. We will also address a few frequently asked questions regarding infant feeding, circumcision and immunizations as well as any questions you may have.

Upon Arrival
If your baby is born at Bayfront Baby Place, simply inform your obstetrician and the hospital staff that you have chosen one of our pediatricians to care for your child. Our office will be notified of your baby's birth, and one of our pediatricians will come to examine your baby daily until discharged home. Upon discharge, please make an appointment to have your little one seen in our office by calling (727) 323-2727.

If your baby is born at a different hospital, the attending pediatrician affiliated with that facility will care for your baby while in the hospital. Upon discharge, simply call our office to schedule a newborn visit.

Again, congratulations on this exciting time for your family! Please do not hesitate to contact our office with any questions you may have.
